What’s good shopping etiquette?

The sidewalks and malls were packed to the gills over the weekend and for those among the throngs, blood pressure was probably sky high.

There are the rude clerks, the slow walkers and the endless search to find a parking spot.

660News spent Monday morning at the Crowfoot LRT station, letting commuters vent their holiday shopping angst.

One woman said it’s the crowds that get to her.

“It’s really, really busy, and you can hardly find parking, even in November,” she said.

Another listener said it’s the hustle and bustle that she dreads.

“It’s absolutely crazy.  Rushing during Christmas time is extremely stressful.  I know people who can’t wait for it to be over and done with,” she said.

Another woman said the season can bring out the worst in people for sure.

“This lady actually grabbed a white teddy bear out of my hands and took off because it was the last one there.  I was so shocked I didn’t know what to do,” she said.
