Cancer study needs participants

Alberta Health Services is calling on northwest residents to take part in a study into the causes of cancer.

The Tomorrow Project will set up a temporary study centre at the Royal Oak Victory Church Jan. 10 and 11.

An appointment takes about an hour.

Researchers hope to enrol 50,000 Albertans between 35 and 69 who have never had cancer in the study by next year.
