A man is dead after serious crash in SE

The City has seen another fatal collision after a motorcycle hit a pick-up truck.
The crash took place around 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon in Forest Lawn and forced police to block off the area surrounding 36th Street and 19th Avenue, S.E.
Adam Loria with EMS tells 660News, about the tough call they had to make.
“Paramedics assessed the motorbike operator and unfortunately due to the massive traumatic injuries this gentlemen did sustain, we had to make the tough call of determining him deceased on scene.”
He says the man was wearing a helmet at the time, but can’t speak to what could have possibly led to the collision.
The truck driver was not hurt.
