Calgary woman suing pub over drunken fall

A Calgary woman is suing a local pub saying servers there allowed her to get so drunk, she fell and cracked her skull on some stairs leading to the bathroom.

Gloria Williams is seeking $1.25-million for her spill at the Riverbend Station Pub on March 28th, 2010.

She claims she suffered traumatic brain injuries, including a subdural hemorrhage which required surgery, as well as skull fractures.

According to The Calgary Sun, Williams says staff at the bar should be held responsible because they allowed her to keep drinking even after she was drunk.
