Police arrest man after shuttle bus stolen

Hawc 1, police and the canine unit were all called out after a man stole a transit shuttle bus on Thursday evening.
Duty Inspector Darren Cave tells 660News the man took the bus near the Dalhousie station and was the only person in it.
He then took it for a ride before dumping it.
“This vehicle was subsequently dumped by the lone occupant in the area of 85th Street and Rural Route 23, in the northwest area of the city.”
After a foot race, police were able to take him into custody where charges are likely to be laid.
