Wikipedia protesting anti-piracy legislation with a blackout

You may be Wiki-less at work Wednesday; Wikipedia, one of the Internet’s most visited sites, is offline.
The user-created encyclopedia has shut down its English language site for 24 hours protesting anti-piracy legislation before congress.
Jay Walsh is a spokesperson for the site.
“Its detrimental to the free and open web, it’s detrimental to Wikipedia and we want to make sure we send a message potentially getting rid of this bill.”
When you get to the site you see a message that says imagine a world without free knowledge.
Users have been quick to find back doors past this black-out, like using mobile phones to access the site.
Craigslist has also joined this protest along with Google; its website has a black patch on its logo.
