Calgary’s public school board has finally sold one of its unused properties in the southeast.
It netted $3.2-million for the Albert Park School property located on 27th Street.
The school closed nearly seven years ago.
The board had a deal to sell the site back in 2008, but that purchaser couldn’t meet all its obligations.
Carlisle Developments plans to build high density housing on the two-hectare site.
