Wednesday is Robbie Burns Day, a celebration of Scotland’s most beloved poet.
Many people will hit the pubs to enjoy some haggis, which is organ meat and oatmeal stuffed into sheep intestines, and hoist a pint to the man born January 25, 1759.
Burns wrote many popular poems and songs including “Auld Lang Syne.”
He died at the age of 37.
