Just days into his new job, RIM’s new CEO Thorsten Heins finds himself in the hot seat, fending off claims the company’s management change is more of the same old, same old. In an interview with 570’s Gary Doyle, Heins says the company and its employees don’t deserve “this kind of feedback” and vows to tackle the criticism head on.
