Memorial for Otto Loose

A memorial will be held Sunday for Vulcan senior Otto “bunty” Loose, who was kidnapped and killed earlier this month.
The 77-year-old was taken from his home outside the town January 8th- with police launching a full-scale search.
His body was discovered in a remote wooded area on January 14th.
35-year-old Timmy Douglas Engel faces charges in the death.
His common-law wife, 28-year-old Bobbi Joe Parks, is charged with obstruction.
The funeral for loose starts at 1:30pm at the Vulcan Rec Centre.
