New Calgary real estate development sells units for record prices

A luxury condominium project not yet under construction has already pre-sold more than $30-million dollars worth of property.
One unit went for the record price of $8.3-million dollars and two others for more than $5-million dollars.
“The River” will run along the Elbow River in south Calgary and integrate a mix of high end residences, town homes and units inside a fifteen story tower
Head of Sales for the project Anne Clark tells 660News what the big draw is, “You will find fantastic, unobstructed views of the river,” adding, “The river is your backyard, it’s just a brilliant location.”
Clark says, the property has a very Manhattan feel with a lot of natural stone work and best of all…for a cool $9-million dollars the top floor of this high end building can be yours.
