Claresholm couple back in court

The Claresholm couple charged in the death of a Vulcan senior is in court Wednesday.
Timmy Douglas Engel is scheduled to appear in Fort Macleod for charges unrelated to the murder of Otto “Bunty” Loose.
His case Wednesday deals with assault and kidnapping charges for an alleged domestic dispute.
Engel is charged with first degree murder in the death of Loose.
His common-law wife is also in a Fort Macleod courtroom Wednesday where she is facing charges of obstruction of justice related to the death of Loose.
