U.S. House panel hopes to advance Keystone

Another burst of initiative stateside aims to keep the Keystone XL pipeline project alive for future approval.
A key committee in the U.S. House of Representatives passed a plan to fast-track the stalled project Tuesday.
The Energy and Commerce Committee voted to send the Keystone bill to the House as part of an infrastructure bill that House Speaker John Boehner wants passed this month.
