Granada found guilty on food tampering case

A judge has found a woman guilty of mischief and trespassing in four cases of food tampering at the Oakridge Co-op.
Tatyana Granada put needles and pins into fresh food items at the grocery store in early 2010.
The judge said it was proven beyond a doubt that she is guilty.
Video surveillance shows her in the Co-op near the areas of the store where the food was tampered with and that the items pushed into the food are all similar.
As for the trespassing charges, the judge says she fully understood that she was banned from that store and video plainly shows her going in and out.
The judge has ordered Tatyana Granada to remain in custody and undergo a psychiatric assessment before sentencing.
