B.C. police mailing out ecstasy warning

Police in Abbotsford, British Columbia are using Canada Post to spread the message about the dangers of ecstasy.

According to The Calgary Sun, letters written by the local police chief have been mailed to 15,000 homes of high school students.

The chief said parents don’t ever want to believe their kids could be involved, when the truth of the matter is their kids could already be using drugs.

There have been a string of deaths in B.C. caused by the party drug.

Here in Calgary, eight people have recently died after overdosing on ecstasy.
