Police are looking for a suspect in Friday night’s downtown shooting that left a man in critical condition in hospital.
At about 10:20 p.m., police say two men got in an argument as they were standing at an LRT platform in the 600 block of 7th Ave. S.W.
One of the men then shot the other before running eastbound along 7 Avenue and then south on 5 St. S.W.
Police don’t think the offender and the victim knew each other.
The suspect is described as a tall, white man in his late 20’s or early 30’s with a medium build.
He was wearing a long black trench coat and a fedora-style hat.
