Calgary police responded to two stabbings overnight.
Duty Inspector Darren Leggatt tells 660News, a 27 year-old man called police to an area in Bowness where the man says he was stabbed by a woman he didn’t know just before 2:00am Saturday morning.
“Police and EMS attended and found the victim on the street suffering from a significant stab wound to his chest,” said Leggatt.
“He was transported to a local hospital where is was listed in serious but stable condition”
The second stabbing was between a couple in a home in Forest Heights.
Leggatt says an argument got heated and the woman stabbed her boyfriend in the neck and then slashed a third person in the arm after trying to separate the couple.
The woman is in police custody and all three victims are recovering in hospital.
