Sex assault charge laid

Police have charged a 34-year-old man with sexual assault after a woman was attacked a northeast home Wednesday night.
Investigators say a man approached a woman in Forest Lawn and offered to buy her some coffee, but the restaurant was too busy, so the pair got into his car to head to a different coffee place.
That’s when the man said he needed to go to his home in Marlborough and get money. It was there the alleged assault took place.
Louay Khalil appeared in court Friday morning.
