WestJet preferred airline in Canada

WestJet is our nations preferred airline!

That’s according to research by TNS Canada, which was conducted in the last two quarters of 2011.

The results show 44 per cent of Canadians prefer WestJet overall as compared to 39 per cent for Air Canada.

The research is an ongoing online survey among Canadians who have taken a flight within the past 12 months.

With labour unrest continuing at Air Canada, WestJet is looking to help travellers, particularly in Toronto and Montreal where most of the disruptions have been reported.

From now until April 1st, 26,000 seats are available on flights leaving Toronto, over 7000 on flights from Montreal and over 143,000 seats across WestJet’s 76-city national and international network.
