Tanning danger website launched by AHS

Alberta Health Services has launched a new website aimed at educating teens about the dangers of tanning beds.
Thebigburn.ca was unveiled yesterday at Sunridge mall.
An AHS spokesperson says indoor tanning before the age of 35 increases the risk of developing melanoma by 75 per cent; just 10 tanning sessions can increase your risk of the disease by 50 per cent.
But a Fabutan spokesperson tells The Calgary Sun there are ways to tan safely and responsibly, and always in moderation.
