Albertans say it’s time to buy

A new poll shows Albertans believe the time to get into the housing market is now.

According to RBC, 69 per cent of people in our province feel it is better to buy a house now than to wait a year; that’s 10 points higher than the national average.

The Homeownership Poll shows more than half of Albertans also believe it’s currently a buyers’ market, which is much higher than the rest of the country at 38 per cent.
