Energy Minister could risk losing seat

Times are changing in small-southern Alberta towns as the provincial leadership race heats up.

Energy Minister Ted Morton could be at risk of losing his seat in his Chestermere riding to Wildrose candidate Bruce McAllister, a former news anchor.

According to The Globe and Mail, a lot of town residents are backing the Wildrose after voting Tory their entire lives.

The PC’s say they expect the riding to be quite a battle.

Albertans go to the polls on April 23.
