City Hall reviews ethics policy

City council is discussing plans to update its ethics rule book.
The Calgary Herald reports the proposed seven page document will replace the existing six-point guideline that’s gone unchanged since 1983.
Details about profiting, fiduciary responsibility, and handling confidential information are among the rules set to get a make-over.
It will take at least a month to finalize the new policy.
