Worker rescued after ceiling collapse at Commonwealth Stadium

Emergency crews in Edmonton rescued a worker after part of a sub-roof collapsed and pinned him at Commonwealth Stadium Wednesday afternoon.
The collapse occurred just before 3:30 p.m. in a sub-roof above the Eskimos dressing room while crews were replacing tiles and concrete.
His co-worker tells the Edmonton Journal he heard a snap and then turned around seeing the man was pinned.
Firefighters were initially unable to see the man since he was completely covered by light concrete but was speaking with rescuers.
The man has been taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
