Jury deliberations continue in Rafferty trial

Jurors at accused child killer Michael Rafferty’s trial have reviewed a video and received a legal clarification as they continue their deliberations.
    
Rafferty has pleaded not guilty to the 2009 kidnap, rape and murder of eight-year-old Victoria Stafford from Woodstock, Ontario.
    
Jurors asked to see the police interrogation video of Rafferty’s ex-girlfriend Terri-Lynne McClintic, and later asked the judge to clarify what constitutes sexual assault.  
    
This is the first full day of deliberations.
