Long weekend weather forecast not so good for campers

There are a few trucks pulling RV’s on Alberta’s roads, heading out for a weekend of camping.

But, they may have to contend with some not so nice weather.

660 Meteorologist David Spence says it will be chilly for people west of Highway 22 where a couple centimetres of snow is expected overnight Thursday.  He says for the rest of southern Alberta, the temperature will barely hit double digits.

Saturday morning will be coldest in the Foothills and mountain parks, dropping as low as minus-five.
