WestJet voted Canada’s Most Attractive Employer

It’s another feather in WestJet’s cap.
The Calgary-based airline’s been named Canada’s Most Attractive Employer by Randstad. The award is chosen by Canadian workers and job seekers.
Stacey Parker, Randstad executive vice president, tells 660News WestJet overwhelmingly topped a number of categories.
“They were voted most attractive employer for job content, work atmosphere and they were the most attractive employer in all of Western Canada,” she says. “They were also the most attractive employer for both male and female demographics.”
The airline also received top marks on training opportunities.
ArcelorMittal, Pratt & Whitney, IBM Canada were next in line. Molson Coors Canada and Bombardier finished tied for fifth place.
