Throne speech Thursday afternoon

The Lieutenant Governor will deliver the Speech from the Throne Thursday.

The 28th Legislature opened Wednesday, and the Honourable Donald Ethell’s speech is scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday.

The first day of regular business is Monday.
