Man found dead in SUV in S.E. Calgary

The homicide unit is investigating after a man was found dead inside a car in Forest Lawn early Friday morning.

Police were called to the 1900 block of 43rd Ave. S.E. around 1 a.m.

“We had a call from a female that indicated that a male acquaintance of hers was suffering from what she described as a medical condition inside his vehicle,” says Duty Insp. Keith Cain. “Officers attended to the scene and did find an adult male who was deceased inside the vehicle.”

At this point, police can’t confirm the cause of death or whether it was suspicious in nature.
