Do you know someone in Edmonton who could be the next Snooki?

Ignition Media Productions is casting for Northsiders, a cross between Big Brother and Jersey Shore.

According to The Edmonton Journal, more than 100 people have signed up to audition for the 12 characters including the Rocker Chick, the Bar Star, 40-something Cougars and the Gym Freak.

The idea is to take different types of people and put them in a house together for 13 weeks.

Auditions are scheduled to take place Wednesday, but funding is still needed so shooting isn’t expected to start for a year.
