Friends of the family involved in a murder-suicide are now saying concerns surfaced a month before the tragic event.
The bodies of Darren, Hayley, and two-year-old Cayden Wourms were found in Saskatchewan earlier this week; it’s believed Darren killed his wife and son before taking his own life.
A co-worker of Hayley’s is now saying there were signs Darren, who suffered from depression, was planning the event.
He tells The Calgary Sun Hayley told him her husband expressed the desire to kill himself, and that he wanted the family to “all be together.”
The co-worker says Hayley down-played the fears and always supported her husband.
