Man suffers serious injuries following Glenmore rollover

A man was air lifted to hospital with serious injuries following a rollover crash just east of the city.

Just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Strathmore RCMP, Wheatland EMS and the Strathmore fire department rushed to the scene on Glenmore Trail near Highway 24.

Mounties say the man was driving a 2000 Toyota Corolla when he drove over the shoulder, and the car rolled several times.

No charges have been laid; alcohol is not believed to have been a factor.
