The city of Calgary wants to hear from you if you can’t get a cab, have a problem with the driver or even if you want to compliment the cabbie.
They’ve launched an online complaint or compliment form at calgary.ca.
The city says they respond to about 500 taxi complaints every year and inspectors review the licenses of around 40 cab drivers annually.
Last week, council made major changes to the taxi system including adding more licenses, mandating when they have to work and asking companies to file GPS data to ensure cabs are on the street.
