Pedestrian struck on TransCanada

A man is fighting for his life in hospital after being struck by a vehicle early Friday morning.

Police say he was walking along Highway 1 at Highway 21, just east of Strathmore, when he was hit.

Investigators remain on scene trying to piece what happened together.
