Ronnie Dunn goes solo in Calgary

One half of the wildly successful country music duo Brooks & Dunn is trying something new in Calgary Wednesday night: performing solo.

Ronnie Dunn is doing his first solo tour at the Epcor Centre.

In the past two decades, he and Kix Dunn have collected a number of CMA Awards, ACM Awards, Grammy’s, CMT Awards, People’s Choice Awards and Billboard Music Awards and American Music Awards.

Brooks & Dunn played their very last show together in September 2010 in Nashville.

Joining Dunn onstage is Lindsay Ell, and there are still a few tickets left for the 7:30 p.m. show.
