City transit service centre is the worst in Canada

Calgary has the most inconvenient transit service schedule of any major Canadian city.
Ottawa, Vancouver and Toronto open before 8 a.m., two hours before the Calgary Transit Customer Service Centre opens.
The Calgary Herald reports line-ups on the first business day in July; 10 people were waiting before 9 a.m.
Transit officials don’t believe it’s a problem, though; they say they don’t get many complaints about the long lines.
