Some old bus routes reinstated

City council is bringing back some Calgary bus routes. The service was slashed last year because of budget concerns.
The routes being reinstated are in the neighborhoods of Applewood, Valley ridge and Sundance-Chaparral.
Mayor Naheed Nenshi tells The Calgary Sun he’s worried about the long-term viability of the decision because it was financed with one-time funding.
He says if ridership goes down next year, council could have to make the same cuts again.
