Kid in Motion food drive on Thursday

As part of the Kids in Motion food drive this week, the YMCA is challenging Calgarians to help fill a bus full of food donations for the city’s food bank.

This year, the organization hopes to collect 10,000 pounds of food, including healthy lunches for school-aged kids.

Southland Transportation will help provide the bus, which will be parked in front of Shoppers Drug Mart in the North Hill Mall parking lot on Thursday.
