Police make arrest in southeast suspicious death

Police have a man in custody after an 18-year-old was found dead outside a townhouse complex in the southeast.

Joshua Hogarth was found dead early Tuesday morning.

Police say the man they have arrested is an acquaintance of the Hogarth family.

No charges have been laid.
