People at a southwest strip mall may need a drink after this.
A car crashed through the wall of a liquor store in the mall in the 1800 block of Sirocco Drive just before noon on Saturday.
Surrounding businesses were evacuated, until the building’s integrity was determined to be safe.
Battalion Chief Larry fisher says some workers at the mall may have experienced “deja-vu”.
“Interestingly enough, just a few doors down, the same type of incident happened just two months ago. Someone drove through the front windows of a restaurant in the same mall,” said Fisher,
Nobody was injured and police are investigating what caused the crash.
