Hit and run suspect out on bail

The suspect in hit and run in the northwest community of Bowness on the weekend has been granted bail.
A 40-year-old woman was seriously injured Sunday morning, after stepping out of her vehicle and being struck by another car.
She suffered a broken pelvis and a punctured lung.
The Calgary Sun reports the court has placed restrictions on Clancy Louis McKenna.
He cannot drive during the hours of 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and is banned from drinking alcohol or having any contact with the victim.
Investigators charged McKenna after finding a dark-coloured sedan matching the description of the suspect vehicle a few blocks away.
