Kitchener City Councillor Frank Etherington speaks with 570 News about his final motion which passed unanimously, to adopt new protocols on for when park wildlife is in distress, to follow up on an autopsy taking place on a swan which died in the Victoria Park, and to donate $500 to The Wildlife Haven Ontario Wildlife Centre.
