Bolsa convict’s sentence delayed

Sentencing has been delayed again for one of the four men convicted in the New Year’s Day massacre at the Bolsa restaurant.

The lawyer for Nicholas Hovanesian told court his client wants to reconsider his position over credit for time served.

Hovanesian pleaded guilty to kidnapping and being an accessory after the fact to murder in connection with the January 1, 2009 killings of a gangster, his associate and an innocent bystander.

He’ll be back in court October 29th.
