City courts have handed out fines to the final two people facing charges in the Occupy Calgary protest last year at Olympic Plaza.
David Wolff has been fined $25 after pleading guilty to remaining in a park after it was closed.
Aaron Doncaster will pay out the same amount for pitching a tent in a closed park.
Both were scheduled to have their challenges reviewed under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms before they changed their not guilty pleas.
Wolff told The Calgary Herald he still believes they were well within their rights to set up camp, but there was confusion with paperwork they had to file to challenge the charges.
He said he’d rather just pay the fine and move on.
