Jurors sent home again in Levin case

Jurors in the Aubrey Levin trial have been sent home again as the court deals with more legal issues.

The five women and seven men in Levin’s sex assault trial expected to hear more evidence after taking a two week break but were sent away once again.

The case was put on hold after Levin fired his lawyer, began representing himself, and then hired new counsel.

All 12 jurors agreed to stay on the case, which was originally set to end this week, despite the delay.

The 73-year-old faces 10 charges of sexual assault in connection with allegations he molested his patients.
