A man has been crushed to death in an industrial accident in the southeast Great Plains Industrial Park just outside city limits.
EMS Adam Loria tells 660News they responded to a 911 call around 3:30 Friday afternoon.
“We were presented with an adult male who had sustained some massive traumatic injuries and just given those injuries unfortunately there was no hope of resuscitation by paramedics. So we had to make the tough decision of determining him deceased on scene,” said Loria.
Loria says they are not sure on the cause of the injury, however he says there was a lot of big trucks and heavy equipment at the scene of the fatal accident.
RCMP are now investigating the incident.
