Three charged in Lane death in court

The three accused of murder in the death of Calgary father Ryan Lane will appear in court Thursday.
The mother of Lane’s child, Sheena Cuthill, her husband, Tim Rempel, and his brother, Wilhelm Rempel, are all charged with first degree murder.
Lane went missing in February and police did not find his remains until months later.
Calgary police have said they believe Lane’s death was the result of a custody battle over Lane’s daughter.
