CBE bus driver still behind the wheel

A Calgary Board of Education bus driver, photographed using her cell phone while behind the wheel, was still driving students on Monday afternoon and Tuesday, despite reports she was no longer allowed to drive students.

A board spokesperson tells The Calgary Sun it was the result of a miscommunication; adding the driver only drove two routes but won’t be driving again any time soon for the CBE.

A 12-year-old student took a picture of the unidentified driver using her phone last week after months of complaints.
