Man in hospital following southeast shooting

One man is in hospital after a shooting in the southeast.
“We received a call at about 9:43 p.m. Wednesday that a man had come into a business in the Midnapore Mall and he claimed he had been shot. When our officers arrived, they did in fact encounter that man suffering from a gunshot wound,” says Duty Inspector Mike Tillotson.
The man is in non-life threatening condition and police are still trying to figure out where the victim was shot.
They continue to check a few homes in Midnapore.
