The family of a Calgary woman recently killed in a car crash continues to carry out her birthday wish, and is inspiring people in the process.
Arline Savage wanted to spend her 45th birthday handing out 100 $10 gift cards for Tim Horton’s to the city’s homeless next week.
According to The Calgary Sun, Savage’s family has set up an RBC trust to collect donations and her employer, Star Concrete Floor Treatments on 39th Avenue N.E., is also accepting gift card donations.
On Savage’s birthday, December 22nd, her family will be at the Drop-In Centre handing out the coffee cards.
